Umm…. work can really suck. There’re too damn many hours. Meeting after mind numbing meeting, email after email. We waste too much time and are too hard on each other. BS and egos run amok. Our stress keeps rising while fun and balance fall away. And for what? C’mon people. We can do So. Much. Better.
Instead, picture you and your team being less hard on each other yet kicking total ass, getting more done and having fun doing it. Be less stressed, less buried in minutiae, less freaked, frustrated, feel less overworked or micro-managed. Have less meetings, less emails, less BS. Create the job you actually want to have with the team that totally clicks. Let’s break new ground and make our work cooler and more meaningful (and our lives more enjoyable).
