Friendly, cooperative and team oriented? It comes back to you.

Energized? You get it back.

Innovative and forward thinking? That vibe gets mirrored back to you.

Antagonistic, argumentative and difficult? You reap what you sew.

I ask again - what are you putting out there? This you can control, and your vibe heavily influences what you get back, how you are treated, the respect you garner, etc.
