What do you actually, really want to accomplish? Nail that down. And then to get there, stop stealing time from yourself.
As in....cut your daily to-do list way, way the hell back. Every day, every task, every meeting, ask yourself: does this thing help you get where you want to go? Or is it just another bullshit action buried in a pile of tasks that we do every day, just because it's there or because we think we're supposed to? That road leads to exactly nada.
Stop robbing ourself. Be ruthless. Go all gangsta and eliminate time drains. Guard your time like your progress depends on it. Because it does. Every second you waste on something that doesn't matter, you are just stealing from something that does.
Stop the (self) steal.
