We hear it all the time: “how did they get so lucky"?
Of course, none of us (except maybe Beyonce) can create luck on the spot. But over time, you can create luck. How? By bringing it time and time and time again. By over and over doing good work. By consistently being collaborative and bringing energy and making a difference. By being cool and great to work with.
Funny how the more of this you do, the luckier you get. It might take time. It might not be linear or one for one. But luck will come. Aka luck is most often not chance….it’s toil.
